FedEx taking work away from their own employees

It has been reported to Teamsters Canada that in some provinces FedEx Managers are delivering and picking up packages.

According to Mike Crawford, Teamsters Canada Director of Organizing, “this makes zero sense since they are forcing some drivers to take as much as a two-hour UNPAID break in the middle of the day”.

FedEx appears to be relentless in doing it “their way” regardless of the financial consequences to their workers of whom they supposedly have a unique relationship with according to President David Binks.
