30% Reduction in my pension

I'm a long time express driver with over 20 years with FedEx. I can tell you that 20 years ago there was no interest in a union but slowly over the years we have seen reductions in benefits, more money taken out of our pay and everything else. But this 30% reduction in our pension is the straw which broke the camels back. We need a contract now to stop the taking, and taking, and taking garbage. Thank you for your time.
