Call Centre Staff

On Sept 14th they had meetings with all staff .. rather than circulate David Binks letter they communicated "you had better make sure if you sign" you know what you are doing... is that not a threat?

I would go to the "file a complaint section" and contact a representative in your area with more details i.e. tone of voice, finger pointing etc..
