New hires, shifts and pay
I've been working at FedEx for a number of years and I'm seeing younger junior guys getting better shifts and more money than me. I went to the labour board and they said there is nothing they can do. Is there something else I can do to fix this if we don't join?
Teamsters Response:
Unfortunately I’m hearing that complaint quite often. The only way to have a fair system in place is with a written contract with FedEx.
