Clarity Please - Comparisons
I have had the chance to briefly review the literature I received. Am I reading this right? Purolator, after 2 years reach $25.16/h as a driver and UPS,(package drivers) $24.84/h after 2 1/2 years of service when it takes Fedex workers years to get where we are. Is it possible that if a Union is formed, the wages could increase? Also, could it be negotiated to lessen the length of time for current employee's to reach a higher or top rate?
