I think what Reshma is doing by coming out in the open, the way she has to help organize her fellow workers is truly amazing. Reshma keep up the good work, you are truly the Teamster Angel who will guide us to a better future. How can we get intouch with Reshma some of us would like to meet her.

I have not had a chance to meet Reshma but have heard very positive things about her. Anyone who has the guts to fight for their fellow co-workers againts a multi-billion dollar company deserves the upmost respect.

No employer or person acting on behalf of an employer shall:
(a) refuse to employ or to continue to employ or suspend, transfer, lay off or otherwise discriminate against any person with respect to employment, pay or any other term or condition of employment or intimidate, threaten or otherwise discipline any person, because the person
(i) is or proposes to become, or seeks to induce any other person to become, a member, officer or representative of a trade union or participates in the promotion, formation or administration of a trade union.
