On the job injury
Hi,I just want everybody here to know my story so you can see how fedex treats its employee's. A few months ago I injured my shoulder on the job. After many months of rehab my shoulder was still hurting and so my doctor recommended I get surgery. My workers comp rep also agreed with my Doctors orders. The only problem was that Fedex has acquired the services of a company called Warren Sheppel. These hired guns mission is to save fedex money. To my astonishment Warren Sheppel has decided to I don't need the surgery. As you can imagine, this has caused a lot of stress to my Family and I. Now I must bring this in front of a Judge who will decide on the issue.
