Courier vote
I was always under the impression that the main objective of this Union drive was to gain a majority vote among Fedex Drivers(Couriers and CTV). And since Drivers make up the majority of the workforce it only makes sense. The campaign is now into 6 months. I know the voting cards are only good for 6 months, so we're do we stand right now with total votes across Canada for Driver's? Are you now looking at this campaign on a station to station basis?
Teamsters Canada Response:
Thanks for your question,
The campaign has always been a station to station campaign. There is no question that in some areas we will be re-signing cards.
The number of cards that we have per station is confidential and so are the names of the people who signed cards.

Info on union busting
While the right to join and form trade unions is recognized in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR),[1] union busting actions subvert the organization and continuation of unions by sowing discord amongst union members, challenging unions via law courts, strike breaking, lockouts, violent suppression, the sponsorship of anti-union organizations, or the creation of employer-controlled trade unions.
