FedEx Ground asks Labour Board permission to give pay raises to their Package Handlers but leaves out Administration Department

The Teamsters and your inside organizing committee are happy to see that our organizing campaign is getting results at FedEx Ground. Now, in response to our campaign, and after more than two years without a pay raise, FedEx has decided its time for the Package Handlers to get one.

The Teamsters fully agree with this decision. Furthermore, FedEx Grounds request and our response has been posted on the website www.FedExWorkers.org

We have a couple of questions for FedEx ground:

  1. Will the pay raise match the Teamster rate of $19.06 per hour plus full benefits and pension for all Package Handlers?
  2. What about the Administration Department? Don’t they deserve a pay raise too? Shouldn’t it match the Teamster rate of $21.47 per hour plus full benefits and pension?

Please be advised that, regardless of the pay raise FedEx Ground decides to give the Package Handlers, the Teamsters will fight to get Teamster rates of pay for all the hard working employees at FedEx Ground.
