New Compensation Package-FY11

 I have just read our new package from Binks and company and read the disclaimer on the back that says Fedex can take everything away without notice. My question is, is this legal?

Teamsters Canada Response:

The answer is yes, FedEx can do what they want at anytime as you do not have a contract with FedEx. If you had contract with the Teamsters you wouldn't have to worry about "sudden changes without notice".

Myth #4: FedEx management say’s it will close any unionized terminal

It is against the law to say that or any threat.  FedEx hasn’t closed its unionized European operations nor have they eliminated their unionized pilots.  So why would they shut you down?  The answer is simple: “it’s only a scare tactic”.
