Expansion in Calgary

This is to add to a previous comment about building expansion. Fed Ex just announced that they are planning a multi-million dollar expansion of the Fed Ex Express building in Calgary. The building is only a few years old too, what great planning. It's funny last year they were crying poor and now they have the money for this big expansion.

The Real Story about union dues

  1. The Canada Labour Code says that $5 is required for the sign-up process.
  2. There are no initiation fees when you join Teamsters Canada.
  3. You start paying union dues only when you obtain your first collective agreement.
