top end pay in Canada

Hello, I have been a courier at Fedex for 26 years. Yes i am very frustrated with the way we have been treated as workers. Top end pay in my region is 22.98, how does that compare to Canada couriers. Thanks

At Purolator and UPS the benefits and pension are 100% paid by the company, so considering that fact you are approx. $3 per hour behind ($6,000-$7,000 per year). Top pay is obtained after 2 years at Purolator and 2 1/2 years at UPS.
