is fedex going after teamsters for signs

my manager is saying that he will charge teamsters for using fedex signs at hub.

Teamsters Response:

 

I assume your talking about charging us at the Labour Board?....I haven’t heard that.
 
However, I did hear that FedEx managers are taking down our organizing signs, and from what I understand the signs are not on FedEx property. That type of behavior could lead to Labour Board charges against FedEx.
 
Remember, this is Canada. If FedEx managers are breaking the law they are not only violating the Canada Labour Code but they are acting contrary to the letter David Binks sent to all the FedEx employees.
