Send us a confidential email using the form below. Or contact your local representative - you can find that person on our Contact Us page. The only other requirement is that under the Canada Labour Code, you will need to pay a $5 fee to sign up.

Myth #3: If you form a union, you risk losing the benefits and pay raises you already have
The truth is... It is illegal for a company to freeze or cut previously scheduled raises to discourage you from forming a union. Once you’re organized, you’ll lock in current wages and benefits and then negotiate improvements from there. Read more >
